I moved to Canada in July 2023. The biggest thing for me post my move and settling down here was to bring my 7 year old boy – Hulk over. Before I left, I had already reached out to Mina from Anvi’s Pet Relocation services (I had googled them) and one more very prominent pet relocation service provider. The thing that immediately caught my attention was the responsiveness and high level of empathy that Mina showed towards my case! One message to her and I ALWAYS got a response almost immediately. The other pet services provider is a very famous one operating out of Mumbai and I was so tensed talking to them and their responses were horrible! 0 (zero) empathy! I was very worried about sending my boy through them. My wife was to travel with my boy (Hulk would be in Cargo since he’s a big guy). Anyway, we made the obvious decision of going ahead with Anvi (all because of Mina). What a life changing decision that was! I was always more than assured that my boy will be with me and will get here safe and sound. All through the process Mina was there holding our hands and guiding us. She even went off way to help me with some contacts in Canada to board my boy overnight since my wife arrived in Montreal and was to fly in next day to Calgary. She took time to explain everything numerous times, answering the million questions we had very patiently. Mina and Subhojit were our primary points of contact and they were always there! I cannot emphasize how important this was for me – coordinating from here and my brother who was doing all that was required from India. They both (Mina and Subhojit) did everything they could and way beyond to help with the paper work (they did everything there), getting the crate, how to install the crate etc., helped me with the booking the tickets (which flight, what to lookout for etc.), the entire process etc. etc. etc. It just never stopped. We talked everyday multiple times and even though our questions were repetitive in nature, they never got frustrated and were polite, affectionate and understanding in the same way that they were when I had first called them. My boy arrived safe, happy and healthy in Canada on October 3rd and was through customs in less than 30 mins. He stayed over in Montreal (Manoir Kensha) and was very well looked after (pampered) here by them! They picked Hulk at the airport and dropped him back at Cargo early next morning (my wife didn’t have to do a thing). I finally got to meet my boy here in Calgary, Canada on October 4, 2023!! We all had tears in our eyes! It was a reunion that was much awaited!! This was only made possible so seamlessly thanks to Mina and Subhojit! If you want to relocate your pet (child) from anywhere to anywhere – please close your eyes and put your faith in Anvi’s Pet Relocation services! Anvis. I have no idea what that name means literally but for me, personally, it means miracle. I had hired a pet relocation company to relocate my son from India to Europe and that man totally botched up all the documents, lied about the blood test dates and made my son sit in the pet boarding for six months. I suffered without even seeing my son and he suffered a very bad fate of loneliness and possibly thought that I had abandoned him. I was hesitant to hire another relocation company because then the documentation process would be reset but after the previous company pushed the envelope too far, I finally contacted Anvis. Assisted promptly by Meena, the process started with a slight delay due to Deepavali but after I spoke to the executive, Sundar and requested him to expedite, the process went full blast. Even I did not expect the speed. Sundar perused all the documents thoroughly and verified everything with me and with the European side as well. This man actually went through all the fine prints to ensure that my son doesn’t get stuck at the local border here. It is a very very serious matter if he had gotten stuck at the customs, here due to documentation problems. On the day when he reached the customs, they just lifted my son’s crate from the plane and put it in the warehouse. They didn’t even let him out for his breaks. He passed motion in the crate and was cringing in a corner when I found him six hours later. That is how long the documentation process over here took with the correct documents. Just imagine what all could happen if there were some problems with the documents. Before I even sent the first document, Sundar told me that it will take at least three weeks. Four weeks. That’s what it took for me to see, touch and hold my son finally after a excruciating ordeal of six months because of the negligence of the previous company. My son is safely lying on my bed with me, soundly sleeping in peace instead of being on the cold cement floor of the pet boarding, all because of Anvis. When I got into the car with him at the cargo terminal and video called Anvis, Meena answered, I couldn’t control my tears. Each one of my tears of gratitude. Lots of people are accused for setting their kids up for adoption instead of taking them abroad. Nobody understands the documentation process, formalities and expenses involved but for those who are willing to go beyond all that for their kids, I and my son stand testament for Anvis. Yes. They did charge me for their service but today, with my son safely with me, I honestly accept the people of Anvis as my good friends for their exceptional service and dedication. There is no price or substitute for that. Especially in situations as this when it concerns a living being. God bless all of them and more.

I had an seamless experience working with Sundar, Sharon and team to help relocate my Goldendoodle from US to Hyderabad. Anvis Pet Relocation is really amazing when it comes to pet’s relocation. The team & staffs are very helpful in briefing the entire travel process. We relocated couple of times from Bangalore to USA & Vice versa with our two pets hassle free. Recently we moved to Seattle from Bangalore with our Lab without any glitch. The entire paperwork was taken care by Anvis and the team. We were planning to move from Bangalore to Toronto with my two rescues, an Indie and a pug .We tried multiple vendors but hit a road block with the pug as many vendors and airlines simply refused to relocate brachycephalic breeds cause of the risks involved. We were heart broken to think we would have to leave the pug behind. It was then we approached the team at Anvis and they were God sent angels for our family. Relocating brachycephalic breeds is a very challenging move but Sundar and Ramya helped us from the word go. What I loved about the team was that at one point they openly asked me to postpone my travel keeping the safety of my pug in mind. I made the journey with both my dogs together on the same flight and it wouldn’t have been possible

I take this opportunity to thank everyone involved with Shera’s relocation from USA to India.I can just imagine how tirelessly everyone involved in Team Shera would have worked. (Both behind the scenes and in front).Shera arrived at Delhi in good spirits, although tired and confused as this was the first time he was separated from me and in a totally alien environment. But the moment he saw me, his anxiety and mine too, vanished!! We reunited and that was one of the best moments of my life. Thank you team to make this happen!!! Subhojit’ s ear to ear smile when he saw us reunited said it all. 😊 Our partner in India( Anvis ).. You are one of the finest I have ever seen in my life. This is the first time I moved my dog. Have only imported horses from Europe earlier… ( Special mention to Subhojit who was in constant touch with me, before, during my flight and post my landing at Delhi) Thank you Subhojit for everything, from advising me details over WhatsApp/ emails,  meeting me at the airport to staying awake the whole night at the cargo terminal, to ensuring Shera was given water while customs clearance was happening, keeping me updated over WhatsApp on his condition, to being there for the AQCS clearance the next day also! This herculean task of clearing the red tape in India would NEVER have been possible without you and the guidance of Anand and others.

Long due review. I engaged Anvis relocation services to relocate my pet dog from Singapore to India in November last year. I was specifically looking for guidance on flying my dog in cabin right next to me & not cargo as my dog is a mini breed that gets easily anxious. I was very worried about flying my dog alone in cargo & was losing sleep over this as there aren’t many airlines that allow pets in cabin in Asia. Anvis team guided me on picking the right airlines & was really professional in helping out with all the necessary import & custom clearances in India. Their partner in Singapore helped with my pets medical examination & export documentation.
