As pioneers in disrupting the industry, we built Anvis Pet Relocation from the ground up. Our expertise spans understanding pet-friendly airlines, navigating international regulations, coordinating various tests required for different countries, and sourcing optimal crates for each move—all while alleviating the concerns of the anxious pet parent. Anvis Pet Relocation strives to redefine the pet relocation experience in India.

During the initial phases of our pet transportation services, we were once compelled by a devoted Pet Parent to transport her pet as Accompanied baggage, marking a pivotal moment for us.
Since successfully completing this challenging Pet Relocation assignment of personally accompanying the dog door to door, we’ve forged connections with similar dedicated pet parents worldwide—many of whom have evolved into cherished friends and well-wishers.
Entrusting their beloved companions to our care, we embarked on global journeys, reuniting pets with their overjoyed, anxious, elated, and often emotional parents. Blessed with this stroke of good fortune, we emerged as one of the pioneering Pet Relocation companies in India to introduce the Premium Service option as an enriching value addition.
Throughout our travels, we had the privilege of encountering remarkable pet transport professionals who generously shared their knowledge and guidance. Immersed in airports, we delved into the intricacies of pet transportation, engaging with Airport Personnel to Animal Quarantine facilities to other travel industry insiders. Thanks to these well-wishers, we’ve been fortunate to witness the operations of some of the world’s top Quarantine Facilities, Animal Hold areas in airports (transit areas), and Cargo facilities.
Recognizing the immense potential of our network, we are honoured to be acknowledged as a member in good standing of the International Pet and Animal Transport Association (IPATA).
Presently, we leverage this wealth of experience to guide and mentally prepare Pet Parents for their journeys, especially those embarking on this adventure with their pets for the first time. The positive reception from Pet Parents has been heartening, yet we view this as just the starting point. The journey of learning and mastering the finer nuances of pet transportation remains an ongoing endeavour for us.

About the Founder
Anand Vishwanath, the founder of both Anvis Inc. and Anvis Pet Relocation brings a unique journey to the realm of pet care. Initially trained as a Telecom Engineer, he transitioned into a successful 11+ year corporate career, where he excelled in building and managing large teams, as well as crafting and implementing processes in Recruitment, Operations, and Sales. Driven by a profound desire to channel his corporate expertise for the benefit of pet owners and fuelled by his passion for animals, Anand initiated both Anvis Inc. and Anvis Pet Relocation.
As a certified Canine Behaviourist accredited by the esteemed ‘Northern Centre For Canine Behaviour’ in the UK, Anand blends his professional acumen with a deep understanding of pet behaviour. In his role as a Pet Relocation Specialist, he has traversed over 100 cities across 25 countries on 5 continents, ensuring the safe transport of pets on behalf of dedicated Pet Parents. Anand, typically known for his calm demeanour, has made it his mission to make Pet Transportation an accessible service for every Pet Parent, firmly asserting that “No Pet should ever be abandoned because the Pet Parent has to move to another country.” His belief that pets willingly trail their parents globally, given the commitment of the parents, resonates in the philosophy:

When not orchestrating Pet Relocation endeavours in airplanes or airports, Anand devotes his time to the Pet Centre—a dual-purpose space serving as a small NGO dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating dogs while finding them loving homes. In this setting, he immerses himself in the joyful company of the pack, actively participating in play sessions and indulging in lavish pampering moments.

With almost 7 years of dedicated service, Ramya’s infectious smile and commitment to going the extra mile define her role. Her distinctive talent revolves around consistently posing the question, ‘If I were a customer, what solutions would I seek, and how would I prefer to be treated?’– a focus that shapes our client service process, earning us accolades.
Ramya’s journey with us began as a one-woman army, managing various responsibilities. Over the years, she has evolved into a dynamic leader, now heading a team dedicated to putting our clients – your beloved pets – first in every aspect of our service.

Meenakshisundaram Pillai
Meet Meenakshisundaram Pillai, AKA Sundar, or as we fondly call him, “The Perfectionist.” Sundar embarked on his journey with Anvis in 2019, taking on the role of Operations Head after completing our pet buddy course. Since then, there has been no looking back.
A genuine pet enthusiast, Sundar shares a special bond with Great Danes, having grown up with them during his teenage years. His love for animals is evident, and he brings this passion into every aspect of his role.Sundar has a masterful eye for detail. No document escapes his scrutiny without getting caught in his meticulous gaze. His commitment to excellence extends beyond paperwork; Sundar is certified in Live Animal Regulations (LAR) and Brachycephalic Obstructive Airway Syndrome (BOAS) shipping, showcasing his dedication to the well-being of the pets in our care.

Meet Subhojit, a lifelong pet enthusiast born into a family that shares a deep love for animals. Having spent over four decades surrounded by pets and fellow animal lovers, Subhojit has amassed hands-on knowledge through his personal experiences of living with and caring for pets. His journey into the pet service industry was a natural evolution, driven by an ever-growing passion for our four-legged friends.
Subhojit’s diverse roles within Anvis, including running a boarding center, serving as a walker, pet sitter, and trainer, reflect his comprehensive understanding of pet care. A distinctive trait is his commitment to rearranging surroundings to ensure a pet’s comfort during the relocation journey. Beyond his role, Subhojit is a dedicated foodie and the go-to person on the team for anything related to food!
