Payment Terms & Refund Policy :
A. Payment Policy for Export of Pets from India:
- Advance Payment: Pet parents are required to pay 100% of Anvis service charges, along with crate and rabies titer charges (as applicable), in advance to confirm and initiate the process.
- Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 business days before the departure date.
B. Payment Policy for Import of Pets into India:
- Advance Payment: To initiate services, pet parents must make an advance payment of 50% of the invoice amount.
- Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 business days before the arrival date.
Refund Policy Terms:
- Service cancellation request received within 7 days of advance payment: 70% of Anvis service charges will be refunded.
- Service cancellation request received after 7 days of advance payment and before 7 business days of departure: 30% of Anvis service charges will be refunded.
- Service cancellation request received on or within 7 business days of departure: No service charges will be refunded.
Note:
- GST Deduction: An 18% GST deduction will be applied to all refunds.
- Non-Refundable Items: Any service already provided, including but not limited to crates (post-delivery), rabies titer (post-submission to the lab), taxi services, etc., is non-refundable.
