Anvis pet relocation services communicated frequently and clearly about all necessary paperwork needed for our move to India. Guidelines were given about the crate setup and communicating with airline staff during travel. I was reassured about the process and the representative that met us (at 2am local time mind you) was friendly and made sure all the papers were in order after we cleared customs. Without Anvis to help us through this process it would have been much more difficult to figure it
